HELLO 2 EVERY ONE

I STRUCK WITH A PROBLEM.mY REQUIREMENT IS SUCH THAT...
IF THE THE USER ENTER A ORDER_ID AND PRESS THE BUTTON..THEN ANOTHER FORM HAS TO BE CALLED AND DETAILS OFTHE RELATED ORDER_ID SHOULD BE DISPLAYED...
CAN ANY ONE HELP IN THIS MATTER

Use a parameter or a global variable to transfer "order_id" to another form which can be called using CALL_FORM or OPEN_FORM. In there, create a default WHERE condition for the block and execute query in the KEY-STARTUP trigger.

Hi,
i tried but a new form is opening but execute query is not working...can u plz send me the code.

I'm sorry, but I don't have it. However, keywords like "parameter", "global variable", "execute query", "trigger" should help you do it yourself (or, at least, Google for it).

I have done something similar with a employee number. Here is athe first part of the code I used.
