Hi ,

I am taking the export using batch file. If the export fails then I should get an email for unsuccessful export. If it doesn't fail then i should not get any email. What is the code for this that I can include in the same batch file?

write a script to check export log and look for ORA errors or word "terminated unsuccessfully". and generate mails.

Whats your server if Solaris you can use mailx utility.

mailx -sBatch_success.log -r shamsher@abc.com

either you can give a static mail id or just can define a maillist and export that before calling mailx utility.
