1)While we process some 10 records through cursor, how the total count of the error records will be calculated in easy way?
2)What is the advantage and disadvantage of triggers?
Why you use Triggers for raising the error instead of using PL/SQL?

You need to give some more info here.

1) Running total, is just a counter.
To know the total number, before You have reached last row, You should use another cursor where You use count(*).

2) Do not use triggers. They are typically only something of a last resort, when You have not designed the datamodel and/or application correctly.
