how to access *.dbf files and what about *.dmp files how to import them(*.dmp) files in oracle8i.. please help

with this i am attaching one *.dbf file please help to open them and go through its contents.....

you have been asking the same question again and again.

Look into documentation or read a decent book on Oracle.
If this DBF file is oracle database datafile file, you CANNOT open it with regular editors ( and NEver edit the file. You may corrupt it). It is an oracle proprietory file and is not not a plug-and-play file (unless you are using transportable tablespaces).
Please go through this.
