hi all,

I have a text box and to right of it i have a button named browser when ever i click on the browser i should open the windows browser like when we click open of file menu in MS-WORD and what ever the he selects the directory i should keep the path in the text box.

Remember our discussion of 'webutil' in April last year? Use the 'Client_Get_File_Name' facility to open a Windows' window onto the local machine and get the details through it.

See Documentaion of D2kutil for Client machine else look for doucment of Webutil for Server side.

No. D2kwutil is for 6i and webutil is for 9i/10g.

How we can get information of client machine in 6i running on web such as file size locating at client machine using d2kutil?

There cmes a folder DOC in the D2kWutil Zip file, if you have it, study it you will get the answer.
