arabic fonts in forms10g [message #192492]

Can you please help me to solve my problem regarding arabic fonts at runtime (on web using java applet). I am using forms10g on win XP machine and my machine is fully arabic enabled. I am trying to query arabic data from oracle database using Forms10g but getting false characters like 'xd/>"??C' instead of arabic charaters..
while querying the same table with arabic records in forms 6i it is working good.
i try to change NLS from AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8MSWIN1252 to ARABIC_SAUDI ARABIA.AR8MSWIN1256 but no result..
