i am creating a view and want a unique id for each row for that purpose i want to use sequence, but i am not able to use sequence in a view.
Anybody please help me...

you may consider using ROWNUM pseudo column for the purpose.
I don't think Sequence is a good idea for that.

if you clarify the purpose with example then i will be in a better position to help you.
