Hi
what is the different in .ora and .dbf in datafile. All reference shows suppose increase tablespace size add datafile in .dbf extension. but my place all datafiles end with .ora .

please advice me.

It is just an extension.

You can have any extension, dbf is something related to file like database file

This is a extension of the file. There is no difference..
