Create Procedure abc (argument{IN,OUT,INOUT }) {AS,IS}.......


So plz tell me
1. what is the meaning of "AS" or "IS" , and
when to use "AS" and when "IS"
2. what is the meaning of "IN" "OUT" and "INOUT"
