Clarification regarding concurrent program Receiving Transaction Processor "RVCTP" [message #190735]

Hi All,
After inserting data in these intefaces tables "rcv_headers_interface" & "rcv_transactions_interface"
i am calling the concurrent program RVCTP this in turn inserts the data into "rcv_shipment_headers_lines,rcv_shipment_lines and rcv_transactions" ,then as it should be the data is getting deleted from "rcv_transaction_interface" but not from "rcv_headers_interface".
Why the data is not getting deleted from "rcv_headers_interface"
interface table.

I need this answer urgently.
