I'm an intermediate in PL/SQL and i'm trying to learn the flat files techniques in PL/SQL.

Can someone educate me as to " how can i insert a flat file into an Oracle table ".

I appreciate an immediate response from anyone and i thank for the same.

With pure Pl/sql techniques
Other widely employed method is to user an external table
Tools like sql*loader.

Please search the forum for these.
