Folks,

If the calendar year is changed to fiscal year, what will be the impact on HRMS modules - HRMS, Payroll, Self Service HR, OTL, Standard Benefits ?

The current calendar year is from Jan to Dec and contains 13 periods. If the fiscal year starts from April through March, how would the transition be handled for the months of Jan, Feb & Mar ?
