Hi,
I need to execute a package and see its output on sqlplus.

SQL> exec fnd_stats.gather_table_stats('APPLSYS', 'WF_ITEMS', granularity=>'PARTITION');

PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

It just says PL/SQL procedure successfully completed. How do I view the output?

Thanks in advance
Anand

What do you expect as output?
If you mean the results of a call to dbms_output, issue the following command prior to your packagecall:
set serveroutput on size 1000000

Its an Oracle APPS package, I do not know the output of the package. I thought whenever I execute a package.proc, it should show an output of some information. Am I wrong with my understanding?

Anand
