po confirm receipts workflow is not starting pls suggest me [message #188904]

hi

i did a customization to po confirm receipts workflow

when i run this Confirm Receipts Workflow Select Orders process from view request

my po confirm receipts workflow is not starting can u please suggest me why its not kikking off

and one more thing
the process is this way

i create a po
then
approve it
then i
get notification saying po is approved ... and status says closed
previously the status of po notification was open

and then they get confirm receipt notification

when i run this Confirm Receipts Workflow Select Orders process from view request its says its completed sucessfully
but
when i checked wf_items i can confirm that po confirm receipts workflow process is not kicked off /started
