I agree, that is a strange question. Don't you just want to know if the languages you are interested in are supported or not?

It probably depends on the platform as well. Output for Oracle 10.2.0.2 on Solaris 10:

SQL> select parameter, count(*) from v$nls_valid_values group by parameter;

PARAMETER                                                          COUNT(*)
---------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
LANGUAGE                                                                 65
TERRITORY                                                                97
SORT                                                                     87
CHARACTERSET                                                            247

Yasir,
for general database limits, physiscal en logical, I point you to the Oracle Reference. It is part of the Oracle documentation. A link can be found in the sticky (tips and tricks in the Newbie board).
