Hi:)

Does anybody know how can I parse blob_content? For example I would like to copy some strings (delimited by ';') from blob_content to some variables or to table in database.

Best regards
Tom

If you have just texts in BLOB, then you would better use CLOBs.
I am afraid you have to parse "manually" using expressions like DBMS_LOB.SUBSTR(MyLOB, DBMS_LOB.Instr(MyLOB,';',Position), DBMS_LOB.Instr(MyLOB,';',Position+1)-DBMS_LOB.Instr(MyLOB,';',Position)+1)

Or you can use Java API, which is very advanced in such things.

Thanks for your response!

I will try to use DBMS_LOB. Maybe it will be enough. But if file (blob) is stored in htmldb_application_files can it be accessed with DBMS_LOB?
How can I specify a path of file if it is stored there? htmldb_application_files/file.csv ?

Thanks.
