Hi Everybody,

We are implementing advanced collections. We are integrating with advanced outbound. When screen pop happens the screen pop is happening at customer level, But the requirement is the screen pop should happen at bill to level.

We are trying to analyze the possibilities of having a Pop-up at Bill_to level.

The Pop-up is happening at the Customer Level, but it shows correct contact info of the Bill_to. But no Bill_to information.

Can some one help me how we can achieve this?
