Hi.. I need to issue a query that will tell me for each user, their select rights for each object_name in a particular schema.

I hope there is a simple answer.

Yes, a pretty simple answer.

USER_TAB_PRIVS or DBA_TAB_PRIVS if you have DBA rights.

Just another point. User can SELECT from any dictionary views if SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE is granted to him/her.
