Can i fetch data in Pl/Sql Record using Exec_Sql?
I m not getting how to retive data from Exec_Sql.Column_Value
in pl/sql record.
Is there any possibilty?

IUs dbms_sql an option for you? Look at the documentation in "Part No. B10802-01". Search on OTN or google it.
