Hi,

I have a FK defined on three fields, but i do not know how Oracle works with this kind of FK. The problem (perhaps it is not) is that when one of the fields of the FK is null in the child table, Oracle does not give me an error of invalid value and saves the record. Obviously if I enter a wrong value in some of the fields, Oracle tells me that there is a violation of FK. Is this behaviour correct?

Thanks, Pilar

Even if u have one FK ref. if u enter null in the child table it will not give any error.
