Hi,

You can do it from setting the propery of a push button.
Go to the property palette of the buton there u will find a Functional property area. Set the Set the Iconic property Yes, default is seted to No. Now set the Icon File name i.e. the Icon name. U can set the icon name only without full path of the file, if u already set the image directory path otherwise u have to put full path of the icon where the icon file is located.
Try it out.

Smile cheers,
Sanka

If you have an old version of Forms then the icon will be an 'ico' file, if you have a newer Forms then it can be 'bmp' or 'gif'. Search this forum for 'ico' and 'icon' and you will find numerous other discussions.

Have look at http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/162345/67467/?srch=ui_icon#msg_162345 which came from a search for 'ui_icon'.

In the directory that you put in the ui_icon entry in the registry.

Please look at the thread via the link that I posted previously.

"Start > run > regedit ... My Computer / Hkey_local_machine / software / oracle" is how you get to the area with which we are concerned.

Have you read the 9iDS documentation? Have you really read the thread? Have you set up your FORMS90_PATH so that it includes your working directory? You just need to add the UI_ICON entry in the registry so that it points to the directory that contains the ico and gif files.

Please define what you mean by image? Have you searched this forum for 'image'?

Search this forum for 'orion' to find out how to handle 'gif' icons.
