FRM-11009 Forms Error [message #164813]

Can some 1 help me out here...pls...! I'm a newbee to forms developer. I installed Forms 9i Developer but I'm getting an error FRM-11009:Failed to load color in palette. error. How can I can I solve this Error.

hello sir
i m getting the same problem frm-11009:failed to load the color palette file
i used urs solutin to change to shareable mode but its not working for me
i think i have lost the color palette file or something else i m unable to figure it out
could u plz help me out in this situation
