Thanks to Maarten who directed a poster to Scott's post I noticed the nice document Scott created.
I think it would be good to store this doc somewhere more central, because I have the idea not many people noticed it:

I've added the sticky in the Newbie board. This made me re-create the old sticky, since it is often referred to as "the first topic in the Newbie board".
