I wouldn't know but why don't you connect to MetaLink and ask it over there? I've seen a document (Note:358776.1) called 'Bugs fixed in the 9.2.0.8 Patch Set' but the subtitle says 'This note contains a list of fixes EXPECTED to be included in 9.2.0.8. This list may change at any time but it is published to give an indication of known issues in 9.2.0.7. The actual content of the released patch set may not include all fixes listed here.' It dates from FEB 21st, 2006.
So I suspect it will be released in the near future.
