Hi

Yes. You bind your memory structures to SQL place holders

eg
INSERT INTO emp VALUES
(:empno, :ename, :job, :sal, :deptno)

bindbyname(...":empno"...)
bindbyname(...":ename"...)
bindbyname(...":job"...)
bindbyname(...":job"...)
bindbyname(...":sal"...)
bindbyname(...":deptno"...)
etc
