I don't find it in download page in OTN.

E-Business Suite, ADI
Release ADI 7.2
Patch Type Any
Go

At the time of writing, this brings up two downloadable files, the 71Mb ADI 7.2 Base Release and the 7.3Mb Rollup Patch 4
