We are calling Pay_Element_Entry_Api.create_element_entry. We have one employee erroring out and would like to turn on debugging for the Api. We found a package/function called Hr_Utility.debug_enabled, but not sure how to turn it on?

Check out MetaLink document 130374.1, "USING PYUPIP – ORACLE HRMS". This white paper tells you how to trace packages in Oracle HRMS using a utility in $PAY_TOP called PYUPIP.
