Hello,

if you open www.orafaq.net en press enter, you get a page where you can get to this "message boards" under the title "on-line community". Under the title "Education" there is an item "manuals". Next choose the "Oracle Database On-Line Manuals" under the title "Oracle Manuals/Product References" (almost at the bottom of the page). Next, choose the correct release and then you'll get the page where you can look up error messages (third option).

select * from dba_errors
