hai..
I recentlyi install oracle8.1.6 on RH 7.1,I got some
error when try to conenct to sql*plus and my net8 to.
when I type : $sqlplus
message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
Error 6 initialing SQL*Plus
when I type $lsnrctl status I got error to.

Anybody help me,please.

ur environment variables are not set.
ORACLE_HOME, PATH etc.
