hi,

I am using OWB.I have created a mapping which contains 4 source tables and 1 target table.I need to populate the initial data set first and then i need to update the table based on the initial data set.I have done the first one ..by using a simple mapping .nw coming to updates..I am creating a view for each update statement and taking tht as source in the mapping ..and executing the same..But is there any other way to do the same without creating views ??

One morething is i have to use a sub query in where clause but this is not possible in OWB ?? so i even created a view for this and using this as source table..Is there any other way to do this ?

This Deployment is taking place successfully but the execution is taking long time and also using the temp table space of the source database to max extent..

Is there any solution for my questions ??

Hoping a quick repsonse from u people

Regards,
GRK
