Hi,
I'm having an FORM3.0 application where it insert and updates were working fine and all of sudden started getting this error message
FRM-40508: ORACLE error -- unable to INSERT record
No changes have been made to the table used by the db_blk and .frm version was all working fine before.
PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!

When u get this error, press Shift-F1 key to
display the detailed error message. Before
pressing this key, please ensure that there
is no When-Others trigger defined in the form.
There seems to be space problem or validation
error.
The second solution is, write ON-ERROR trigger
at form level and display the error_text.
I am sure, it will solve your problem.
