I am looking for a sample script to create a job that will create a daily partition for a table in my database schema. If anyone has one that I can look at I would greatly appreciate it. I have a table with 90 million records that I want to partition by day and roll off (drop) a partition after 14 or so days. Currently, I have a delete job, but obviously my high water mark is too high, so I am attempting to find a better solution.
