use a connectstring.
edit tnsnames.ora add a connectstring.

sqlldr userid/passsword@connectstring control=mycontrol.ctl

I guide you

first of all open your server port 23 mean open telnet service

then share one folder on server side
then
your txt files paste from server share folder
exmple c drive share
your file paste in c drive gid.txt

create script.bat
telnet servername login username password
cd\
stae for c drive and type

sqlldr username/password control=define here your ctl file


configure your ctl txt file path server share folder and ctl file path also share folder. That is client sqlldr solutions
