Can we run sqlldr on client machine instead of server?

I have got oracle 8.0.5 and D2k 4.5 installed on server ( Winnt ) and

only d2k installed on client(win-98) and accessing server's data on it.

I could not find file named sqlldr80.exe on client machine

(in orawinbin folder)..so copied the file from server in this folder.

But upon running sqlldr80 (on Client) , it gives error message ora805.dll not found.

Please suggest..what's wrong

Hopefully i am not making a major mistake.

You need to install oracle client and use it.
D2K installation is different and copying executable will not help.

I GUIDE YOU

FIRST OF ALL OPEN YOUR SERVER PORT 23 MEAN OPEN TELNET SERVICE

THEN SHARE ONE FOLDER ON SERVER SIDE
THEN
YOUR TXT FILES PASTE FROM SERVER SHARE FOLDER
EXMPLE C DRIVE SHARE
YOUR FILE PASTE IN C DRIVE GID.TXT

CREATE SCRIPT.BAT
TELNET SERVERNAME LOGIN USERNAME PASSWORD
CD\
STAE FOR C DRIVE AND TYPE

SQLLDR USERNAME/PASSWORD CONTROL=DEFINE HERE YOUR CTL FILE

CONFIGURE YOUR CTL TXT FILE PATH SERVER SHARE FOLDER AND CTL FILE PATH ALSO SHARE FOLDER. THAT IS CLIENT SQLLDR SOLUTIONS
