hey help me in creating a form
there is three list item country , state and city

if i select INDIA as a country then i want only INDIAN states in state_list, and if i select gujrat as a state then i want only gujrat's city in city_list....

and so on if i will select china , usa , japan...

if possible please upload a form..

You don't want to use list items for this. It won't work because when you execute a query, if the column values of the record you're trying to retrieve don't match the values the corresponding list item is currently set to recognise then it'll silently fail to display the record.
So if the list items are set to India/Gujrat then you won't be able to query records belonging to any other country or state.

Basically dynamic list items just don't work. Use LOV's instead.

I'm sure it'll behave the way I described. Why don't you point that out to the person who suggested the list items and see if they know a way round it - if they do I'd love to know what it is.
