How to create an exception from a bar code field that without the fonts does not show anything ?

You can't create a report whose field doesn't have a font associated to it. I believe you chose one of barcode fonts and everything works fine for you, in Reports Builder.

Once you deploy the report (by the way, which version do you use?), report will either show barcode (if appropriate font is installed on user's computer), or it will display one of substitution fonts (such as Arial) so you'll get stupid result.

I'm not sure Reports is capable of detecting which fonts are installed on a computer, so you'll have to rely on end users who should contact you in case barcode field isn't correctly displayed.

I use report 6i and that's what I want to do when the source does not show nothing
