can anyone help me (how can I show progress bar while export data from form 10g to Microsoft ( Excel or Word)

Count the total number of records that you are about export to excel from Forms.

Use an item with bg red color (or of your choice). Make its width zero. On run time increase its width according to the ratio of total record to export to excel.

Hope this logic will resolve your issue.
