could you please explain about the oracle stored procedure and package stored procedure.
what are advantages with in package procedure and out side stored procedure.

If you don't get it then you haven't read it.
Read it again, it is clearly explained.
Then come back, post what you found, understood, and explain in details what is not in the documentation and you want.

If you did not understand what is clearly written in the manuals, why should we believe that you would understand the same words written here?
