How I can Set Attribute For Run a PLSQL when End users Press Button ?

In the 'Page Processes' section,

1. Create a new process 'PL/SQL' that is

2.For Point select: On submit

3. Then put the PL/SQL code for process you want to run.

I am new to this also but let me know if you need more help.
