Hello All

I have created few tables in a database schema in Oracle 11.2.0.1 where I need to import some data.
mainly the data comes from a German database, because of which there will be special characters in the data. This is a set of characters available in German language only.

Is there an available character set in Oracle which can be used to display this data properly?
As of now, the import of data using SQLLDR works fine, but when I do a select on the column name, I can see '??' in place of the actual character.

Any help on this matter is appreciated.
I will update this thread with some sample data shortly.

Thanks

If they have not been loaded properly there is no chance you can get them display properly.
