oracle form not connected with 11g database [message #636112]

i have a oracle database 11.2.0.4 version and oracle forms is 6i

when i am going to compile form through form builder

it gives me error ora-00600 arguments[17069]

all functions which are in database and i m using these functions in forms these gives me error

pls give me the solution

Above is an unsupported combination. Forms 6i is ancient, obsoleted & unsupported now.

When was the last time Forms 6i successfully connected to V11.2 database?

ORA-00600 is an Oracle bug which can only be resolved by Oracle Support

What clues exist in the alert_SID.log file?

but if i m using database 11.2.0.3 with forms 6i

that is working fine

in oracle 11.2.0.4 verson functions are not connected in oracle forms

last week we are using 11.2.0.1 that is working properly

but when we are upgrade with 11.2.0.4 this week that is showning error

And oracle probably won't fix it because it's an unsupported combination.
You need talk to them.
If they won't fix it then your only are options are probably to downgrade the DB or upgrade forms.

Check your database settings after the patch upgrade to see which settings were reset. This could something as simple as the sec_case_sensitive_logon parameter being reset to it's default value of TRUE. Oracle Forms 6i can't connect to an 11g DB if this parameter is TRUE.

It could also be Oracle's way of blocking non-supported product too, who knows...

I agree with the other comments about Forms 6i. This version if over 10 years old and hasn't been supported for at least 5 years. Have you considered upgrading to a supported version of Forms?
