i have been using Oracle 9ias and publishing my forms which does the job of uploading excel file into oracle 10g database, now i want to move it to Apex or some web based solution which will be accessible anywhere ,kindly let me know which option to go for.

Forms 9i already is web-based, so ... what benefit do you expect if you move current (and working) solution to another technology (apart from avoiding JInitiator download and stuff)?

As all I speak is Oracle, I'd use Apex if I were you. Someone else might propose another option (but you'll have to wait for that someone to reply).

i dont know littlefoot, but frankly i had lot of problems in Oracle 9ias , like icons are not visible, and moreover there is no support for this from oracle.
