One of my colleagues of existing package in the database, create backup files with the extension LST and as the saying create backup files through batch file.
Does anyone know how to do that?

The default for a spool file if the extension is not given is LST. If you are using spool, this is a bad backup method. Please read up on EXPDP or RMAN.

Ask this colleague to show you a successful database restoration from these backup files.
