time slots of 1 hour within a fixed working hours [message #620739]

Hello
my requirement is to show timeslots of 1 hr for different workshops. for example i have a workshop whose starting time is 9:30 am and closing time is 08:00.
now i need to show booked appointment for each 1 hr, like:
time booking
9:30-10:30 5
10:30-11:30 3
.
.
7:30-8:00 7

how do i divide time in 1 hr slots on a display item.

8 PM or 8 AM(next day)?

I fail to see what any of the above has to do with Oracle.
For all we know you could be using EXCEL or ACCESS.

How will you or I recognize when correct solution has been posted here?
