Hi All,
I am a newbie to Oracle forms and want to install Oracle forms on my laptop for the practice and learning purpose.

I have tried installing Oracle Forms 10gR2 but was stuck at frm-92101 error(which is due to invalid configuration)during runtime. I did some changes in my 'frmsweb.cfg' file as suggested in this and other oracle forums but that also didn't help.Later on I realized that my database is Oracle Database 11gR2. Could this be the problem??
If yes then can someone provide me a download link for Oracle Database 10g as I am not able to find the same on Oracle download page.

Also, if 10g Database is not available then please help me with a download link of a new Oracle Forms along with the database supported by it on windows8 64 bit OS.

you can download oracle 12c along with oracle 11g weblogic server for windows 8 64 bit.
