Use "ORA-600/ORA-7445/ORA-700 Error Look-up Tool (Doc ID 153788.1)" note, click on ORA-7445 option, put 10.2.0.5 in "RDBMS version" and "unable_to_trans_pc" in "Error Code First Argument" and click on "Do a general Search for Knowledge", there are many notes about this error, check the one that is the more appropriate to you.
If you can't find any, you have to open a SR.

Hi
Michel Cadot
This is how I did it. Use "ORA-600/ORA-7445/ORA-700 Error Look-up Tool " .
I decide install the database at the another server. second step migrate the database to new server.
