Welcome to the forum. Please read our OraFAQ Forum Guide and please read How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read

You need to provide more information. For example, is this this "mailbox" a set of rows in an Oracle table? Or is it a box by your front gate into which your local postman puts letters?

Your mailbox? You cannot read emails from a client, it is possible only with server, like exchange server. A similar thread from OTN forums where Billy posted a basic code of a PL/SQL pipelined table function that wraps a POP3 mail account into a SQL table https://community.oracle.com/message/2020101#2020101.
