ALL Oracle products are prohibited for export/reexport to the following:

Any company or national of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Licenses to these countries and parties are presumed denied.

Not from an Iran IP.
So having Oracle in Iran means this is a stolen product.

And you've been an outlaw.
And who will now hire someone that may give his products to people who should not have it?

If you give an answer you give, doesn't it? Smile
And the answer is useless for OP and he can't use it.
Without mentioning that the question is meaningless. What is "roll"?

"ROLE" are you sure? OP repeats 3 times "roll" or "rolls". One is a typo, 3 times and each time can't be; it is the noun he really wants. Razz

If the OP is in Iran, then by definition he is using an illegally acquired product. To assist him in using said ilegally acquired product would probably constitute 'aiding and abetting', which is a crime in itself in at least some jurisdictions -- certainly in the U.S.
