Am beginner in oracle am having a scenario, i need your help to know the answer

having the table EMP_salary

my output to be like this

need a query to display is output from the above table.

Please read our OraFAQ Forum Guide and please read How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read. You have been asked to do this before.

I have no idea what your input data is. You need to provide the CREATE TABLE and the INSERT statements that set up your problem, and whatever SQL you have tried so far. Then perhaps someone can assist.
