can we use cursor_sharing = force? Is there any drawback on sql performance ?

when it can be used? Please advise.

No, don't use it, there are many bugs.

This is a massive topic for which there is no definitive answer unless one has a comprehensive knowledge of the problem(s) you are facing. You need to research terms such as "bind variable", "bind variable peeking", "adaptive cursor sharing", "cardinality feedback", and many more. But most important, you need to define the problem.

we don't have complex sql and there is no histogram. Please advise.
